Job Title: (Contract) HRIS Benefits Analyst

Position Overview:
AimHire is seeking an experienced HRIS/Benefits Analyst with strong expertise in Paycom and workers' compensation (W/C) compliance to join our client’s growing team. This role requires a highly organized individual with a deep understanding of HR benefits, specifically leave of absence (LOA), and workers' compensation processes. The HRIS/Benefits Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to ensure compliance and efficiency in handling workers' compensation claims, tracking benefits, and maintaining the HRIS system.
This is a 3-month+ contract paying between $36.00-$43.00 based upon experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with visual guides for workers' compensation claims.
- Establish clear processes for workers' compensation claims management, including employee communication and insurance carrier coordination.
- Track, organize, and maintain documentation for workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Respond directly to claims and ensure follow-up with employees and insurance carriers.
- Develop and maintain an organizational structure and ensure accurate record-keeping in the HRIS system.
- Create and enforce processes around compliance, ensuring the organization meets regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth communication and adherence to policies regarding benefits and workers' compensation.
- Handle compliance reporting for workers' compensation and benefits to ensure all claims and benefits are processed in a timely and compliant manner.
- Maintain and update the organizational chart as necessary.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, particularly in benefits administration and workers' compensation.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Paycom HRIS system.
- Expertise in leave of absence (LOA) management and benefits compliance.
- Highly organized with the ability to develop and maintain detailed processes and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to respond effectively to workers' compensation claims and provide timely follow-up.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
- Paralegal background or familiarity with HR and workers' compensation laws is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
